Cape Sauna & Decks offer a complete installation service for all the products it supplies. Cape Sauna & Decks only uses fully trained carpenters & electrical engineers who all hold the most up to date N5 EE qualifications. Cape Sauna & Deck is fully insured to complete all elements of installation & service contracts.

Quick Problem Solving

With vast experience in this specialized field we can quickly trace any faults & bring quick solutions, ensuring that your units are repaired quickly. We endeavor to be at any emergency call out within 24 hours, a high proportion of jobs are repaired on the first visit to site.

Spare Parts

We have access to a large range of spare parts for both sauna & steam & can usually deliver within 1-2 days.

Saunas, steam room units & commercial spa equipment do require regular maintenance & servicing, however to ensure maximum efficiency as with any piece of mechanical equipment if it is not regularly maintained it could eventually breakdown. This will prove expensive not only in terms of repairs, but in lost revenue whilst the equipment is out of action.

In order to keep your equipment working well Cape Sauna & Decks are pleased to offer a range of service agreements.

Service & Maintenance

Cape Sauna & Decks is committed to providing all our clients with after sales back-up & breakdown service. While all products are covered by warranty, except consumables it is essential for you to have access to our service engineers in the event of product breakdown or failure.

We cover the whole South Africa with a full complement of work from full installation to product breakdown service & ongoing service contract work

Once you have selected your preferred contract we will contact you to schedule the arranged dates for the visits. During the service visit the representative will be on site to provide advice & instruction on the operation & maintenance of the equipment.

One off Service visits are available for clients who have decided not to have an annual service contract. We feel it's important that your equipment receives a regular check so we offer a one off service visit for a fixed fee. Our normal working hours are from 09h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday. If required we can arrange to call outside of these times.
